Just wanted to say thanks for posting all the pics and explanations about your work. I have been working on my Y88 for a couple of years. What started as a simple cleaning up of the engine compartment ended up as a more involved project with all the major assemblies removed, cleaned up, painted etc. I am sure that many others have felt the effects of "resto-creep" as one thing builds on another.
Between family, running two businesses and life in general it has been slow but rewarding. A lot of that reward is due, in no small part, to your reference photos and tips posted as part of this thread.
Will post some pics of my project and some questions in a separate thread. I am not taking her back to 100% original as I have changed some suspension components (which in hindsight I should have thrown that money somewhere else and just stayed stock).
Will get that thread started soon and share some pics. Eager to get others opinions on my work and to help point out any issues they see.
