They were on my GTO when I bought it in 1987, except they were 70 profile.
I ran them for a while, and I was impressed at how good they handled compared to other bias ply tires. They did have the classic fine, flat tread pattern typical of bias plies.

Ditto. I ran some "Belted T/As" on my Formula for a short time back in the '80s. They were the ultra-cheap option compared to radials and not only was I broke but the tread was considerably wider than comparably sized radials, which I thought was cool.
Bias-ply handling was way weird compared to good radials though. Very soft sidewalls but lots of grip once they settled into the turn.
I'd be seriously surprised if you could still buy them. Bias ply is really old tech, radials are far superior. Maybe there's a restoration company making bias ply repros, but that's not what these tires were.
