Nope. You have to file after you hammer out a dent then 150, 220, 320, 400, 600, 800 all by hand then 1000, 1200, 1500 all with a da. After all the sanding you get to the wheel for 3 different steps. Anyway this is what I found works for me, if you want a perfect chrome looking finish.
