I have to totally agree. Too many officers have died because of idiots running into them when they could have moved over and given them room to do their job. If you can't move over, then slow down. I always move over for anyone on the shoulder just because it's the safe thing to do. I always did it in the big rigs, and I still do it today with the four wheeler.
