Was the "body filler work" from dents or rust? Maybe the door trim misfit was a result of repair of "dent" damage to the door (not rust)?
Is it a 4bbl engine? If so, that car with the 4-spd is a real fun driver.
If nothing else, the engine appears to need a front seal (but fortunately, all of that oil leakage has probably protected the underneath of the car).
I note the "excellent condition of the steering wheel (perhaps indicative of the overall condition of the car).
I would pay particular attention to the "rust" condition of the trunk sheetmetal, especially the drop-down side pocket areas. The "apparent trunk lid misfit needs looked into also.
Assuming the drivetrain is only a 70k-miles condition, I would schedule a front-end suspension rebuild (bushings, tie rod ends, ball joints, shocks, etc.)
I would scrap the wire caps and go with some mag-wheels.
All-in-all, the car looks like a good car. As to price, I go with the "a willing buyer and a willing seller" pricing theory.
