I checked the high blow relay today and it is good. When I select High speed it energizes the relay and puts 12 volts to heavy black wire with an orange stripe. It appears to go thru the firewall and then where I don't know.

On the fuel gauge I grounded the tank, no help. I pulled and wiggled the tan wire going to the sending unit and no change. Guess the tank is coming down.
