1. It was 16K more last year
2. I'll Guess that the stamp was done in almost cured JB weld over a grinding, or over the original, the cast looks thick. The impression of the edge of the stamp made the surrounding "border". The original CMT stamping tools that were used never had a holder like that, I know I have held and used one for warranty work, etc.
3. Looks like a nice fun car if ANY vin can be verified on the firewall, and would cost more to build a car this nice from a shell, than its asking price.. so from a Turn the key value standpoint, its cheaper than building a tribute car ( Ho T/A) and could be a lot of Fun...
