It might very well be worth it but I would definitely have to examine that one in person. Non original engine/head codes.
Frame, floors, rockers, trunk pan probably all rusty if not rotten...but who knows until you can get under it. It looks like a pretty decent project on the surface. Keep us updated if you don't mind. I'm curious about what he'll have to say about it.
