Keep in mind where the car is located though. In this neck of the woods the ground is so full of moisture. The block of wood could very well be to prevent frame damage, but that is a bit scary. Not saying its not worth it, but cars rust differently (in a bad way) up here. For sure needs a close inspection. This car reminds me of the 68 convertible I posted about a year of so ago that sat in a field forever.
