Looked in the parts book.....no wonder nothing jives between owners.
A/C and P/S all V-8..................1 belt drives all pulleys and another drives A/C
1st type with P/S ....................1 belt drives all pulleys (This is actually the twin belt drive early design)
2nd type with P/S ...................2 belts. 1 drives wp,crank,alt. Another belt wp crank, p/s
The end game here is that if you do not have A/C then its hard to understand the drive system and then make comments.
