All, regarding my left hand.
I do not wear arm restraints.
My window net was up, which kept my upper arm contained. However, somehow, my left hand wound up, at some point, outside the cage and I assume was crushed between the cage and/or door/ground.
Word to the wise, have your window net as wide as possible. It is there for a reason.
