I'm not generally a conspiracy theorist but down here the price jump and shortage is being blamed on a broken pipeline in AL. and now there are shortages in Delaware and Michigan being blamed on a Pipeline break in N.D. ?

Not sure how far the distribution lines run up the east coast from TX, LA and AL but Delaware and Michigan? Something's fishy I say.
