Originally the doors on the side were to a carport but it has since been enclosed. Now it has sliding barn doors on the side and a large swing out door in the back. The roll up doors were all for air flow because it gets so hot and humid here.

Figures. Texas. lol First time I was in Houston I noticed that the building codes were very different than NY to say the least. Sounds like your HO association is the biggest limiting factor, which is not very limiting at all!
