Thats good news. rest as much as you can between work and therapy and hang in there. If you ever get discouraged with your progress just look back to when you were worse.
I'm glad you are still with us.
PS A 10.0 car can be alot of fun with less hassle. I'm buildin something to race/cruise and do Drag Week type events. At my age(63) it seems more challenging and fun than just the weekly index/bracket race stuff.
