Thanks Matt. A good picture of a 9774454, which unfortunately is for the large Pontiac and not a Tempest. This pulley measures 7 5/8. Fairly common and on ALL p/s, a/c large cars. The correct 6 21/32 Tempest, part# 544840, is the one you need. The confusion is why I think that during the chassis build, where the p/s and pump are attached, a bright cad pulley would identify the correct assembly. However go ahead and see how your belt fits in the 1/2 groove. Again my belt actually rides a little higher than the pulley dia. probably 1/32.
