Are the valve angles similar on your heads compared to an 87cc E head? Ive been skeptical on going with more lift with mine due to PTV clearance but it sounds like I may be fine doing it. What mufflers are you running also? I have 3 inch flowmaster super 44's now with a 3 inch x pipe. Converter is about to happen once my car is dynoed.

I'm not sure on the valve angles..more lift is nice if the heads are set up for it.I'm in the .650 lift range. My mufflers are 2.5 inch Walker Dynomax Ultraflows with a 3 inch to 2.5 cone reducers.Even though they are 2.5 inch they are a really good flowing muffler.I will be eventually changing my exhaust..to either a full 3.5 to 3 inch tails...or putting my 2.5 inch tailpipes back on and running some cutouts up front for track days.
