If the alignment guy had it on a 4 wheel set-up and knew what he was doing, he would have been able to see any bent parts on the screen, and you'd have it in your printout. A tweaked rear control arm will cause the rear axle to shift, and that will cause 'thrust angle', which will make the car pull, even if the front end is lined up. Also, doing his caster cut and measuring SAI, he would be able to spot a bent steering arm, etc. If the car does not pull but the steering wheel is cocked, you need the tie rods adjusted to correct toe. I've been aligning cars for over 30 years, and a 4-wheel aligner will literally tell you everything about what's going on with the car's steering and suspension. You just need to know what to look for and how to use the equipment.
