Default Vacuum Can visability

How visible is the hideaway vacuum can? I was media blasting small parts this morning & was saddened to find my can is rusted through in several areas.

Trying to decide if I want to seal it with JB weld or buy an aftermarket. I noticed some of the aftermarket cans have similar (not sure if its the same) ribs, but none of them have the original style vacuum connector.

I bought repop fender wells many years ago so I lost the location of the mounting holes. I wish I would have kept the originals more more reasons than one. I chucked them years ago not realizing how many things are different.

There is pitting on the ends of the can, but almost none on the sides.
