Just a thought, before you send it off to the body/paint shop, remove all interior pieces as they will be laying around collecting dust. Mite wanna give them some plastic to cover the engine and put some old tires and wheels on if you have any.
Prolly some other ideas but that's a start. You'll be "shining" next spring.
