That's what I was thinking which lead to my inquiry but seeing them over and over leads me to believe that it is more of a finish cap rather then "BRIGHT WORK" Clearly the Molding was an add on based on above Decor info; and I don't think Pontiac/Fisher would have made different frames, but different "finish" parts is more plausible.
Not trying to over think it but will be looking closer as I come across any in the future.
Any Base Tempest owners out there?
