Never give up your original auto trans dipstick tube, that tube is the only tube configuration that will fit your application. The aftermarket 'replacements' are a joke and I'd be surprised if they would fit any car with a firewall. The factory tubes are all very application-specific and there are few if any substitutes that will work.
Find a local welding shop to do the welding, or mail it out to someone who can add the new lip seal end to it.
