What's kinda funny to me is looking at the poll results and seeing what members fall into a particular age bracket. Most people I estimated correctly based on clues in their posts over the years: their writing style, choices in music, references to children/grandchildren, experiences in their youth, etc. A few were younger than I assumed, and some were older.

I guess it's the personal connection that cars have with people. Whether you drove it in High School, drove it to your honeymoon, made 3 kids in the back seat, or use it as a casket - it's the story in it that makes the difference to me. I love seeing the survivor cars pulled out of a barn with a crappy aftermarket stereo, bolt on accessories from 1981, and a Bad Company cassette under the seat.

This was a cool thread. Well done!
