8 lug wheel seal question.
What year did the 8 lug go from ball bearings to tapered rollers? I have a tapered on the rh side and a ball bearing on the left hand side .
The SKF 18543 works on the roller side but the ball bearing side takes a much larger seal .
Any help would be appreciated. If I can narrow down the year I could order that seal . It's currently on a '63 Bonneville .
