Keith, when I considered this for my '64 Catalina(before Fabcraft started selling new posis, side gears and gearsets), Quick Engineering in Iowa could build a brand new 9" housing for around $750. The only downside was I was going to have to ship my old housing to them so they could build a jig. They (Quick Engineering) have a website.
