I grew up about 2 miles from this guy (on the "bad" side of the river though). Funny it was listed on the Janesville site,not Chicago. He must not be getting any local action. If it were a few years older,I'd say it probably was been at Skip's Fiesta often,and had seen it's share of races up and down North Ave. 
I'd drive it though!
