Thanks for the reply. Car is a 69 Firebird I have owned since 1979. Am installing power seat assy and manual says the 40w breaker in the fuse block supplies power to Pwindows, Ptop, & Pseat. Everything on the fuse block seems to be hot but the connection for the Breaker & the Seat feed line to the seat. Car has no power windows, ptop or pSeat from factory. Factory must have not connected this connetion. Have a voltage tester that lights on all the connections in the block except this one. It has never been used and have a new 40W breaker and power line to the seat. Plugged it in and no Power. If I have to find an alternate source of power what would be best choice. Not sure I want to take the fuse block apart- looks tough and is almost 50 yrs old! Have assy and also a maintance manual but not much help. Shows the block and conn for the breaker . Just thought the conn would be hooked to power. Thanks for your help and advice.
