I decided to split the difference. So That will work.
But, Until today I didn't realize the backside of the aftermarket wells are at least 2-3" shorter in the back. what the heck? they are very close in every other aspect. I didn't notice it until I was drilling the holes for the back splash guards. Kinda bummed about that. Very noticeable difference.
