Based on the picture in post #1353 I can see why they put the by-pass valves where they did and it was sinple enough to make a cradle mount that had the mounting holes for the wastegate and position the by-pass valves 90 degrees to the air flow.
One thing for sure, when the by-pass valves do open up you will drop the pressure fairly quickly but the loads will still be on the Inter-cooler tank and especially the Turbocharger compressor blades as they fight with the reverse pulses of the air in the plumbing.
