Once in a while you see an issue with the float level because the carb is on a funny angle due to engine installation. Dominator carbs have both sight plug holes in exactly the same spot
height wise whereas the older 3310 type carbs would have one sight hole higher vs the other one due to the engine angle and carb pad angle.
But the fix many times is just set the fuel level in the bowl so that when you bump the car with your hip the fuel slosh just barely dribbles out the float bowl hole.
Many set the fuel level higher in error.
