You could just buy a Scat 3"x4" crank with the BBC rod journals and send it to Crankshaft Specialists. I talked to them about stroking up a 4" crank. They just let it sit in a chrome bath all weekend and build up the journal. Then they can offset grind it to whatever spec the thickness of the chrome allows.
Yours would be a piece of cake, not that expensive either.
