I figured that was a given but I can see how that detail can be overlooked I guess. It can be a real pain to get a torque wrench in there on the upper control arms when everything is assembled. But Dataway is correct, ALWAYS leave the suspension loose until the car is completed, then torque to spec. I usually leave myself a check list on the windshield as the car moves along, and it's one of the last things on the list.
