Yeah my experience is hit them many times with your favorate penetrating oil, starting several weeks before you start, and you may get lucky on only have 1 or 2 of the captured nuts spin and have to be accessed from the top, I have always removed the carpeting and sound proofing so a great deal of heat can be applied to the bolt heads. Have a fire extinguisher handy as the old rubber bushings and any oil in the area can ignite.
