This is right on topic as i have thought about this very thing
d-523 on their websites states 2" ID
i'm thinking about replacing the round port 1 7/8 with the 2"
not sure if i will have an oil filter access issue or z bar issue
but i can say the current headers were a dream to install, so easy
WAY easier then the D's i had at one time
