Sounds like a different problem. I'm talking COLD ... it only seems to happen to vehicles up here when it gets to around 10 below zero.
Hard to believe it didn't hold some codes .... you should probably get a decent scanner and check yourself. Typically all the ABS etc. is controlled by the chassis computer, usually doesn't trigger a CEL.
If it's doing all that ..... yeah, maybe a bad ECM ... or a ground going bad somewhere. If it's not storing a code ... jeez, all you can really do is drive it till something fails or it stores a hard code of some kind that will give you a clue.
