If your heads are already fully rebuilt then I would Mill them .045" on the deck and Intake flange and then in the rebuilding process of the the block deck it to achieve +.005" on the piston to deck height .
To me stroking a motor is waste with lightly ported heads unless very soon down the road you will be swapping on aftermarket heads or well ported iron heads!
