I believe the photos you posted of the 4-clip trim ring is actually for a Chevy 14" Rally Wheel. They will work as I have a set that I used on my 70 GTO for many years. The Pontiac style has a different profile on the outer edge/corner. Pontiac trim rings do not have the sharp corner. Let me know if you are interested I will look in my crawl space.
