I would second Ames, only because I have been happy with every purchase from them. That said, I am the farthest thing away from an electric guy, but why do you want to replace everything? It may be easier and cheaper, to start tracing things down. Most electric problems can be solved easily with fixing a bad ground. When I did the resto on my 77 all new harness' were on my list. However once I got the car running and started to pull the bad crap out of the way, making sure I had good connections and the grounds were good, everything worked as it should. Wires generally don't go bad just because.
