I think that is known as the deadly Western Pennsylvania cellar dweller spider. Feeds on pets and small children. If it is in the garage or cellar you are safe, but if it finds its way into the upstairs living quarters, you must abandon the house like its Chernobyl. I'd like to know what it is too.
