My brother used to be a Pima County Park Ranger. He called me one day and asked if I wanted a GTO that was abandoned in the desert that he was in charge of. I said "Heck yeah"! Went and looked at it. It was a rare 73 GTO H.O. 455 car. One of just a few hundred made. It was completely stripped down, and full of bullet holes. No drivetrain at all. It was a shame, but I had to pass on it. Wasn't worth hauling in for scrap metal either.
