The pit marks are why I had taken my entire chassis back apart. I Decided to get rid of all of them on every chassis part.
It was a long uninspiring process, but that's behind me now. my cover & axle tubes had plenty of pits in them before.  |
correct. put it on backwards and then bend it back over the bolt to be read.
well, congrats, it looks great. I'd never attempt it around here, the bondo would be bubbling back up with rust under it in 3 days. I live in the land of insta-rust and short of a trailer queen that lives in a climate controlled environment at zero humidity and 75 degrees year round, it would be toast!
