Because you have a Brake Booster the line for that should be plumbed into either one of the front runner bungs. Because the vacuum is trapped in the booster there are enough vacuum pulses to charge up the booster by going to either front runner.

The PCV system is a different deal
You want even PCV vapor to all of the runners so that connection needs to go to the large carb nipple that dumps into the plenum area.
