.top is a gTLD (generic top level domain), officially delegated in ICANN's New gTLD Program on August 4, 2014. The extension is managed and operated by the .top registry,[1] and can be registered by anyone since November 18, 2014.
Since it can be registered by anyone, hmmm, who knows---the site is very sketchy about location although phone reps available 8AM -Midnight Eastern Time zone but I couldn't find a phone number. Also, all shipments are shipped directly from warehouse in Hong Kong If legit, sounds like a web store front that drop ships your order.
