I busted tires at a Firestone tire center 1978-80 and I can't make myself remember ever seeing that particular Goodyear namesake. Not that we did many new car take-offs. GR 70-15 would be consistant with a '78 new car, as it was just before the metric sizes started showing up. A close look at the lugnuts brings back memories. Those are OEM and no sign of swelling that was typical of that style. Also, the wheel center looks more like a mint condition specimen, verses restored.

And the ad doesn't just say 'actual miles', it says "actual documented original miles", so it's not like the guy is odometer challenged.
