If you have five( 5) fender louvers, then that is 1967 specific, three(3) would be either 65 or 66. Also, there were four(4) 427 engines in 67, L36, L68, L71 and the L88. Looks like it is Marboro Maroon with non original and nasty looking flames and side stripes added.
Also, when I had both small and big block Corvettes( 69), the hood prop arm was on the left side; can't speak to 67 standards.
