Good new again. I looked at all the factory choke assemblies we had here and every single one was welded on one end where the pin attaches so taking them apart would have ruined them or at least required significant modifications to reverse the spring and keep them together afterwards.

I didn't want to destroy any of them because they are fetching decent prices these days for really nice original units in good working order........Cliff
