Thanks Ken. Same as the '69. I actually think it might work based on what I'm seeing. I'm not sure about other possible differences (for the purist) but from your pics, I think it will work.
As for the collar, as long as the emblem is straight up and down with the wheel centered it should be a non issue. Thanks again!
