I run all the manifolds over the belt sand table. Unreal how uneven those things are. Afterwards I've always used either steel or copper for a gasket and never a leak.
You guys have already cut the filter apart and never found anything, oil pressure is rock solid. Tells me the inside of that engine is just fine. I believe what ever it is, it's outside the engine.
Just listened to the video and it sounds like it's at the rear, but hard to tell because the camera never stays in one place for too long. Matter of fact once listening to that video, my youtube popped up a whole bunch of similar noises just like that, and everyone that I watched that had comments stated it was in the flexplate. One video in particular could have been laid over your video and you couldn't tell one apart from the other. It was a straight 6 cyl jeep Cherokee, and he found out it was a flexplate. Thought that was funny.
