Homestly, I get confused on trying to discern what age/birth range is what age "generation";
it doesn't help thet you can find probably a dozen cintradicting web resources trying to tell you what age/birth range is waht group...
it seems that the "generational" differences are more defined by a mentality;
I have been made aware that many people my age and a decade younger cannot be paid to work;
the work ethic isn't present.
my boss's wife is HR in the local health union - some of the completely absurd stories of what her usual circumstances are plain old mind numbing...
