Muscle_Collector in Oklahoma owns the only other 71 OO car that is known/documented. 455-HO GTO
Not sure if he has ever piddled with it enough to be able to verify if the nose was factory painted OO , or not.
I don't think we even have full account of any special paint 71 GTO/Judges to know whether they came painted to match or generic color.

And a goofy green JVert that we know almost nothing about , are the only 3 special paint 71's i can recall. Not much to go on.
This Judge is the only one of them that is/was still wearing factory paint of the 3 - as far as i know.
