I really don't know. It doesn't say anything about silver. Just says "
WILL PAY TO THE BEARER ON DEMAND FIVE DOLLARS" under Lincoln's portrait. It'll take me a while to go through the info on that link but just looking at it briefly, I did not see anything that looks like it. It's a standard sized $5 bill and the only thing that jumps out is that the seal and serial number are red. Also, the 'Legal Tender' wording is slightly different and in a different location than any newer bills I have on hand.
